The rest of the front door

Answering the phone is the fastest thing we can fix at a practice, and it is where we start. It is usually not the only thing. Most of the practices we speak to also have a website that was built once, years ago, by someone who has stopped replying to email.

So we do that work too — for practices whose calls we already answer.

Why we do it in that order

Sending more people to a site that does not convert is an expensive way to find out the site does not convert. Answering the calls you already get is cheaper, faster, and measurable within a month. Once that is running, we know what patients actually ask for before we rebuild anything.

It also means we are not guessing. The calls tell us which treatments people ring about, which towns they are in, and what they say before they book. That is better input to a website than a competitor review.

What that covers

The website

Rebuilt around the two things that matter for a practice: showing up for the places you serve, and making it effortless to reach you from any page on any device. Fast on a phone on a weak signal, because that is where most of your patients are.

Search

The ongoing work — page titles, a real page for each area you serve, load speed, and your Google Business Profile, which is where most local dental searches actually end up.

Ads

Google Ads for people searching with intent right now, and Meta ads — Instagram and Facebook — to stay familiar in the areas you serve before anyone needs a dentist. We set them up, watch what they bring in, and cut what does not pay.

The honest version

This is not where our attention is. The receptionist is the product, and it is what we are best at. If you want an agency whose main business is dental marketing, there are good ones and we are not pretending to be them.

What we are good at is this: we can hear every call your practice gets. If you want the website and the ads handled by someone who already has that information, that is the case for us doing it.
