These cover this website. They are not the agreement under which we provide the service — that is a separate contract, signed by both sides, and nothing here replaces or overrides it.

What is on this site

Descriptions of what we do, written to be accurate at the time of writing. Product capabilities change. If something here matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it on a call and we will put it in writing.

The calculator is an estimate

The missed-call calculator does arithmetic on figures you enter. It is not a measurement of your practice, not a forecast, and not a promise of results. Its output is only as good as the assumptions you set, which is why you set them rather than us.

No professional advice

Nothing here is legal, clinical, financial or regulatory advice. Anything touching your obligations as a healthcare provider should go to your own advisers.

Other companies we name

We name practice management systems so you can tell whether we work with yours. Those names belong to their owners. Naming a product is not a claim of partnership, endorsement or affiliation, and where we have no agreement with a company we say so on the integrations page.

What we ask of you

• Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not copy the content wholesale and publish it as your own.
• If we publish a demo line, call it as a prospective customer would. Automated or bulk calling to it is not use, it is abuse.

Availability

We try to keep this site up and correct. We do not guarantee either. If something is wrong, telling us is genuinely useful.
