The missed-call calculator
Everything you enter on the calculator page stays in your browser. It is not submitted to us and we never see it. The figures also appear in the page address so you can copy the link — which means if you share that link, whoever opens it sees the numbers you set. That is the only way those figures travel anywhere.
If analytics are on, we record that someone used the calculator. We do not record what they entered.
Booking a demo
Our booking link takes you to Calendly, a separate company. Anything you enter there — your name, email, the time you pick — is handled by Calendly under their privacy policy, and shared with us so we can meet you. We do not embed Calendly in this site, so their cookies are set on their site rather than ours.
If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply and remember the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list from it.
Patient information
This is a marketing website and it holds no patient information of any kind. The service we sell to practices is a separate matter, governed by a written agreement with that practice — not by this page.
Your choices
- Turn off analytics with the button above.
- Block cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing. We will not ask you to prove why.
Changes
If we change what we collect, this page changes with it in the same update. It is not a document we intend to quietly revise.
