What it costs

There is a setup fee to build and connect it, then a monthly fee per location. No per-minute billing, no per-call charge — you should not be choosing between answering a patient and controlling a bill.

Figures not published yet.

Placeholder. Set PRICING_PUBLIC in src/config.ts and add the band once the owner decides whether to publish exact pricing or a "from" figure. We would rather show nothing than a number we might have to walk back.

The comparison that actually matters

Not what other software costs. What one new patient is worth to you, and how many of them are currently reaching your voicemail and calling somewhere else.

If a new patient is worth four figures to your practice over the time they stay with you, the monthly fee is covered by a single recovered patient. Everything after that is upside. That is the whole argument, and you can check it against your own numbers rather than take our word for it.

We are not the cheap option

You can buy an AI phone agent for less. Those are tools — you configure them, you maintain them, and when a patient has a bad call you find out from a review.

We build it around your practice, connect it to your software, listen to what it is doing, and send you a monthly account of what it recovered. If something goes wrong there is a person answerable for it. That is what the difference in price buys.

What is included

Common questions

Is there a contract?

Terms are agreed before you commit and we will not hide them in a demo. Ask on the call and you will get a straight answer.

What if it does not work for us?

The monthly report exists partly so that question has an evidence-based answer. If it is not recovering more than it costs, that will be visible to both of us in the numbers.

Do you charge per location?

Yes — the monthly fee is per location, because each one has its own schedule, providers and rules to maintain.
