Who you are dealing with

Founder bio and photo pending.

Placeholder — BRIEF §14.5, not yet approved. This page is the one most likely to decide whether a cautious office manager books, so it ships with a real name and a real face or it does not do its job. Nothing here invents a person in the meantime.

Small, and not hiding it

This is a small operation, not a call centre and not a venture-funded platform. When you email, the person who replies is the person who builds your assistant and listens to how it is performing.

That is a genuine trade-off and worth stating plainly. You will not get a 24-hour support desk. You will get someone who knows your practice by name, answers directly, and cannot hide behind a ticket queue.

We are not in the United States

The business is run from South Africa. We are telling you on the about page rather than letting you work it out from a time zone, because you will find out either way and the second version is worse.

What it means in practice: our working day overlaps your morning on the East Coast, which is when most practices want to talk. The assistant itself runs on US infrastructure and answers your patients' calls locally — where we sit has no bearing on how the phone is answered.

What it also means: you should ask us harder questions than you would ask a local vendor, and we should be able to answer them. Ask what happens when something breaks at 4pm your time. Ask who is accountable. Those are fair questions and we would rather have them on the first call.

Why dental, and only dental

Because a receptionist that knows a broken crown from a routine cleaning has to be built by someone who has heard a few hundred of those calls. Spreading across industries means being mediocre at all of them.

Every practice we take on makes the next one better — the same objections, the same practice software, the same questions from patients. That is worth more to you than breadth.
